Use the Vendor Login button to sign into your vendor account to manage your vendor profile, check the status of invoice payments, and upload invoices and documents.
Invoices can also be emailed to: pmg@eunifypayables.net.
This email address is for our managed communities invoice submission only and not intended for communications, statements, contracts, proposals, or resident invoices.
At Partners Management Group, we not only partner with property owner associations, we also partner with our vendors. We value our vendors and build strong relationships to provide quality service to our communities. We not only maintain a list of qualified vendors to perform service for the communities, but we also maintain a certified vendor list for our community residents to choose.
Community vendors have access to a vendor portal to upload invoices and company documents, and check the status of submitted invoices. The portal is only for invoices billed to one of our managed communities and not for individual resident services performed.
The following is required for a vendor to perform services in one of our communities:
Completed W-9, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification.
Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing a minimum of $1 million of Commercial General Liability insurance. The COI must also list Partners Management Group as a certificate holder. If you are a general contractor, the description box should state whether or not any subcontractors are afforded coverage under your liability policy. All subcontractors must carry their own Commercial General Liability insurance or be afforded coverage by the general contractor’s policy. A COI can be requested from your insurance agent.
Lien Waivers are required to be submitted with invoices for large projects or when subcontractors are utilized.
