Steven Cottrell
Steven is the President of Partners Management Group. He began his property management career in the hospitality industry in 1996. After one short year, Steven was promoted to management and by the end of the second year had achieved the General Manager role. The majority of his time in hospitality was managing Marriott branded hotels with great success through staff development and a focus on service.
Steven was introduced to the property owners association industry through a recommendation. This recommendation was given by a hospitality industry colleague to a community searching for quality management. This referral opened the door for a condominium management role. After serving multiple communities for seven years, he formed Partners Management Group to bring value to the many great communities in the greater Tyler area.
Steven’s management experience and personal service style will serve to develop a lasting partnership with any community. This partnership will bring local and experienced value to the owners and board of directors.
